The stay at Monomotapa had its highlights and low points. Enjoyed spacious rooms with lovely garden views. The breakfast was rich, brought to me on time, and had a great variety. Staff checked in to ensure everything was okay, which I appreciated. the old furniture in my room felt tired, and I noticed cockroaches crawling around, which was unpleasant. The iron had exposed wires, raising safety concerns. The staff attitude needed improvement. they seemed suspicious when I wanted to charge dinner to my room, despite having given my credit card details beforehand. the hotel has potential, but more attention to cleanliness and staff training is essential.

I had a fantastic stay with a wonderful breakfast selection and the staff were super welcoming. The spa and wellness centre offered great relaxation options like massages and beauty treatments. Just a heads up, the shower curtain could use a wash, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

great location but small pool area
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. I loved the central location which made it easy to explore various dining options. The spacious room provided a comfortable environment for my family and me, complemented by the lovely garden view that we enjoyed every morning.
The pool area was smaller than expected.
